Hi, I’m Meredith!

I want to use innovative spatial data analysis to make a positive global impact. I am a behind-the-scenes leader, and I pride myself in coming up with creative solutions to not only solve problems, but improve the processes used to arrive at those solutions.

I am a member of URISA, an Esri YPN Ambassador, a volunteer Sail Crew member with the San Diego Maritime Museum, a military spouse, and a dog mom.

Geospatial Data Analysis

I have completed a Professional Certificate in GIS with Michigan State University, a Master’s Certificate in Geospatial Programming & Web Map Development with Pennsylvania State University, and am currently pursuing a M.S. in Spatial Data Science with Pennsylvania State University. ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, arcpy, Javascript, and API integration are my strong suits.

I have managed teams in the military, federal, and civilian sectors. I love being an “ask-and-you-shall-receive” leader; my team members bring me problems, and I find creative ways to solve them.

  • Increased overall facility patronage by 20% across FY23 by analyzing and evaluating library program effectiveness using quantitative & qualitative methods
  • Optimized integrated library management system (LMS) using database management methods, SQL queries, reports, and adding geographic search functions, increasing online catalog use by 23%
